this is a true what is it.. someone sent
this item to me as a gift because
everyone knows I collect old plunder..
this seems to be a pully that moves
back and forth along a slot and from
the looks of the long bolts.. it was once
fastened to a wall.. Take a look.. get
your oldest relative to take a look
and send me some guesses.. give it a name..
and if I can prove what it is.. I might
have to hand out a prize..  do you know
what it is? I hope someone out there will know.. that someone might be you....

Two for Tuesday - Mammal / Insect

a mammal named Samson
who caught my eye at the flea market.. His owner was happy
for me to make his picture..
I do always ask..

and an Insect that seemed to be saying his prayers as Dave and I came across him on the stairs at the walking trail.. I think it might be a good omen if you find  an insect praying...
